Here at MacroEd we are a no-spin nutrition education crew. Our teachings are based upon the work of Registered Dietitian Jeremy Mullins and his 15+ years of clinical experience. Jeremy has served everyone from bariatric weight loss surgery patients to CrossFit athletes. He's literally seen it all. He'll teach you what to eat to reach your goals, and more importantly WHY to eat it. Around here we aim to pull back the curtain on the nutrition and wellness industry so you can see the interworkings and understand your body better.

Everything for our courses will be offered in a convenient online format. You can learn from us on your computer or even on your phone. We'll go wherever you take us. This DIY course is intended to be worked through over the course of 10 weeks, but if you'd like to work ahead or jump around, you're the boss. AND, you'll have lifetime access so if you need a refresher down the road, we'll be here waiting for you.
